Lydia + Mitchell
I had the honor of making Lydia and Mitchell’s flower dreams become a reality for their special wedding day. They were married in Ohio in the middle of winter, but that didn’t stop their flowers from being fresh, vibrant, and everything they wanted.
The wedding colors for Lydia and Mitchell’s wedding were shades of purple from plum to lavender, silver, with white accents.
When Lydia and I were talking about what she wanted for her bridal bouquet, she was really interested in having a mix of purples with touches of greenery with also silver incorporated somehow. I was able to bring in the silver by adding in seeded eucalyptus that was painted silver. I love the dimention that it added to her bouquet – don’t you just love how Lydia’s it turned out?! Included in her bouquet were roses, hydrangea, stock (that smell heavenly), as well as lisianthus.
As for the corsages, boutonieres, bridesmaid bouquets, and centerpieces, it was important for Lydia that all of the flowers coordinated and had the same feel and texture as her bouquet.
I loved the colors and visition that Lydia and Mitchell had for their wedding and I am so happy with how well everything came together!
